Last night I went to heaven and Leonard Cohen was there!. He was amazing, his singing, his poetry, his courtsey and salutes to his band, his crouching and skipping. A concert to remember.

Saw him when we lived in Kent in the 1970s. Then he was good now he is great.  I have loved his songs and his gravelly voice since then. Even those singers who do covers for him get my vote . Rufus and the Wainright family, KD Lang et al. All amazing but can't surpase the master himself.

Bravo Leonard for giving me a great birthday treat from my family.
